Hello! My name is Pat Dodson. I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and received my entire K-12 education from District 66. I attended University of Nebraska - Lincoln for my undergraduate and received my masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane College.
This will be my 22nd year of teaching! I taught 5th grade for 3 years in Millard Public Schools and the past 19 years I have been at Bel Air teaching third grade.
My husband, Scott, was in education for 41 years. He was an elementary principal at Woodland Park Elementary for 20 years for Norfolk Public School and retired a year ago. We have three adult children, Josh, Christina, and Tricia. All graduated from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and all are married. We have four beautiful grandchildren!
My goal each school year is to have every child excited to be life-long learners for the 21st Century. I love to motivate children to learn, set goals to challenge themselves and achieve at their highest level possible. I consider it an honor and privilege to work with your child.
